Rethinking how we work


Just a few generation ago, physical activity was a constant part of daily life. Nowadays most people have desk jobs. They spend their days on emails, conference calls, in webinars, meetings and driving their car. The impacts of what has become a widespread physical inactivity epidemic affect everyone. It is known that modern sedentary lifestyles, causes an increased risk of chronic diseases (diabetes, obesity, cancer, musculoskeletal disorders, ...)
